Tonight on the weber I will be cooking chicken drumsticks with Tajin seasoning that paper recommended. They are in the fridge waiting for 5PM. I love cooking over charcoal.

When the drum sticks are done, I think I will dust 1/2 of them a little more to see what we like better.

No, not at all. little spice and a hint of lime. It's different for sure. My daughter puts it's it on fruits, veggies, eggs, etc. She likes it enough to where she has asked me to order it again when we run out.

Used it last night on chicken on the Weber. Some excellent stuff and found out on Amazon that they also have a Habanero pepper version also. Both in my cart.
