Tajin Chicken

Post by Jim »

Game on tonight!

Tonight on the weber I will be cooking chicken drumsticks with Tajin seasoning that paper recommended. They are in the fridge waiting for 5PM. I love cooking over charcoal.

paper....your reputation is on the line.

This is the stuff I sprinkled on the chicken.

When the drum sticks are done, I think I will dust 1/2 of them a little more to see what we like better.

The Chicken came out awesome!

Next time I will add a little more seasoning, and add a dusting at the end again. This stuff is really tasty.

No, not at all. little spice and a hint of lime. It's different for sure. My daughter puts it's it on fruits, veggies, eggs, etc. She likes it enough to where she has asked me to order it again when we run out.

I made the mistake of ordering 10 little bottles under .5 ounce each. I can send you one to try. :LOL2: PM me your mailing info if you want to try before you buy.

Used it last night on chicken on the Weber. Some excellent stuff and found out on Amazon that they also have a Habanero pepper version also. Both in my cart.

Mrs Ldubs used this recently on vege's. Next time, I'm definitely going to try in on some chicken BBQ. It looks and sounds great.
