Looking for some help - i am going to deck my 16" mirrorCraft Mod V.

Want to put a front deck then a lower middle where we sit and then a raised rear area. Can anyone help with the amount of aluminum "L" I will need - probably going to use plywood from the actual

Will be bolting it all together - but I want an idea on how much to buy to make teh support structure and also on proper spacing.

I can give accurate dimensions on the areas I plan to deck

I would get 1/16" angle but Brine had great success with 1/8" angle. I think the 1/8" would be the way to go if you are not going to use any box tubing. In my front deck I used 92' of 1" box tubing and 83' of 1.5" angle and that was just the front. I would at the minimum double that amount for your build. You have a 16' so double should suffice. Also look in to rivets instead of bolts. Cheaper for sure. Good luck.

X2 on the rivets. Especially if you opt to buy them from someone other than the Home Depot or Lowes.

Harbor Freight/Granger/Fastenal etc....
