So, my livewell was unused, in the way, wouldn't drain, and needed to come out. I'd mounted a rod holder on the top of it, so I needed to install new holders.
Livewell...
Removed...
Drain hole welded up...
Installed rubber claw holders on the top section
Installed golf club tubes with push-in locking grommets from McMaster (# 5269T64)
Still need to paint, but turned out pretty good...
