That is water ski locker size. May want to start search there but more vents will be an issue unless you are willing to modify.

i made one for my boat out of a diamond plate tailgate protector, piano hinge and some aluminum angle. worked very well, came out stronger than i thought.

Cork, you could install a thin piece of aluminum or plastic on the underneath side of the vented door you found, to make waterproof
