Nice picture Caveman. I caught this guy awhile back. I have no clue of what he is, He dosn't look like most hawks in this area. Light in color and smaller then most. Last summer he would sit on the perch with my neigbors macaw at least a hour a day, Funny thing is when they went on vacation this hawk stayed on the macaws perch 90% of the time. Haven't seen him yet this year but i figure its just a matter of time. Me andthe neighbor think he was once a pet, you could get within a few feet him befor he would get redneck towards you.

I have seen some big uns around here lately. Most of the time they got something to eat on.

Nice pics guys. I just missed one the other day. I was havin a cigar out back, and saw a coppers hawk land in a nearby tree with a mouse in talons. I snuck in to get my camera but when I got back out of course he was gone. #-o
