Can anyone give me the specs on the 2 stroke 20HP sport jet? When did Mercury stop making them and how much do they weigh?

My boat is max rated for 25 hp and a motor that weighs 150 lbs. The current 25 sport jet is too heavy. Also a couple places I fish have a 20 HP limit. Thanks Todd
 
I has the moter that you talk of on me boat.

Moter is 2 stroke and will works good on you boat.Keep weight down on you boat and she will go good.I have paper work on me moter stached away and I look it up for you :mrgreen: I tell you this rite now though,me moter has 25hp power head and that make 20hp at the jet pump =D> Work very good on me 1448 :mrgreen:
 
Thanks I see it has 20 hp on the cowl. I know this would help at a 20 hp limited lake. I also like how it has the throttle set up remotely. I see you raised your transom, did you set it up yourself? Thanks Todd
 
Yes i do the transome raise up for the motor.
