I have 87 evinrude 48 with the forward gear sheared (i guesstimate, reverse works great) I've got the lower unit removed, the shift rod removed, the impeller etc removed and the lil cap that is over the drive shaft. do i need to pull the drive shaft? if so, how? biggest question is how to get the propshaft/bearing housing out? thanks a million
