1983 Chrysler 50hp

Just bought my first tin boat. a 1983 Bass Tracker tournament TX with a Chrysler 50 hp on it(Which from what I've read is a pretty questionable motor). I've only owned a 2001 nitro before with a Merc on it so no real experience with older motors. Does this motor have a kill switch on the controls?? I can't find one and was wondering if I'm missing something. Thanks. Gonna get some pics up soon of what I've got to work with. It was pretty neglected and had more weeds growing in the boat than plywood!!! Should be an adventure. Thanks

I have a 79 Chrysler 45 and it has run like a champ for the two years I have owned it. As far we a kill switch I installed a universal one one mine.
