I bought a 62 evinrude speeditwin 28hp motor that I had to dissemble because the retainer clip that holds the spring up to the lower crankcase seal was missing. This =caused the spring to drop down. I am not sure exactly how it goes back together. I know what the order of the parts are but I can't figure out where the retainer clip(snap ring) is supposed to snap onto. Any help would be much appreciated.
