Hey folks, I am sorry if this subject has been covered somewhere but I couldn't find it with the search function.
I am working on a very old outboard and need to change the thermostat. Unfortunately the decades of sitting up have got the cap stuck on as if welded. The bolts holding the cap on are easily removed but the cap itself will not budge. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for this issue?
