1972 evinrude sportster 25hp

Picked up an old evinrude for 100 bucks the other day and was going to replace the water pump since it has been sitting up for a few years. Any idea where I can get one or if there is one that is similar that I can maybe make work? Like a similar year or similar horsepower. Thanks

Go here and click on your model number:

https://www.boats.net/parts/search/BRP/EVINRUDE/1972/parts.html

Then click on the "Gearcase" link. Look up the part numbers of the impeller and pump items that you need. Then you can buy them there or search for a lower price on Ebay or another motor part site.

You shouldn't have any issues finding new pump parts for that motor.
