Mercury Force 40 CDM Part Numbers

I prematurely pulled the trigger on 2x CDMs.

My current part number is 827509A10, part numbers i ordered are 827509A4. Will the new CDMs not work with my current motor? I looked at outboardignition.com and they sell a CDM that replaces all of the following part numbers: Replaces: 827509A1, 827509A3, 827509A4, 827509A7, 827509A9, 827509A10 & 827509T7 - so i thought they could all be interchangeable.

A lot times, the difference in parts (when the A?? part number is the only difference) is just the length of the wiring so you might be ok. Compare it when it shows up and see if it's a wiring difference.
