Gotta give props where it's due Was going down the lake on the Jon Boat and noticed the speed from the GPS was Flashing so I figured it just needed a reboot boy was I wrong when I rebooted the Bird the GPS was gone,zip,zero,nada checked al the connection's and still nothing .When I got home plugged another Bird i and still nothing so tried it on the other boat and worked fine .Called Humminbird today and they said to send them a reciept of when I bought the GPS puck and they would send another out right away even though I bought it on Ebay. Just got a confirmation Email from them stating I would be getting a new Puck within a few day's no wonder I like Humminbird have never had a problem with them until now but the Customer Service Rock's \
