1978 1236 Yazoo overhaul/modifications...

Well I've finally gotten time and motivation to start on my 12' Yazoo alum skiff overhaul. Here's a little list of what's going on with it so far I've welded every leak the boat had when it was given to me and also welded every rivet that's below the waterline. Now I'm starting to plywood the seat tops, replace the transom board and deck the bottom of the boat. Right now I'm in the process of building my own removable seat bases and 2 custom alum live wells and a dry stowage once I get all that done the entire boats getting sprayed with camo sand colored spray in bedliner. I'm also in the process of converting a galv jetski trailer I picked up at a local scrapyard for $38 to carry my little skiff.

Yesterday's progress... Got all the wood painted with a black primer coat that'll get bedliner with sand colored bedliner and got the new axle built and test fit for the trailer
