2011 Mercury 9.9 Leaking fuel into the water

My 9.9 has been leaking from somewhere in the lower unit i belive and i am unsure what is the cause. Mercury has been no help and i am hoping someone will have a solution before i have to drive 4 hours to Bass Pro to get maintence.

Is it leaking gas into the water when you are trying to start or prime the motor? You aren't mixing oil with your gas are you?

No, the only thing being mixed with the fuel is stabil ethanol treatment. The leak doesn't happen until the motor has ran for 5 or 10 minutes and then has been cut off

Is the fuel running down the side of the lower unit on the outside? And it's definitely gasoline?

Have you run the motor in a bucket for those 5 to 10 minutes with the cover off and looked for fuel leaks out of or around the lines and such? I'm not sure how you would get gasoline to leak out of the lower unit unless it was coming from up top in the motor compartment.

Have you checked the fuel hose and hose connector to make sure it's not leaking from below the connector?
