Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I can't find anything using the search feature...
Been looking at the Vmax AGM batteries they're selling on Ebay, and just wondering if anyone has any experience with them.
They sell models for a specfic range based on pounds of thrust. The small size, and light weight are what interest me the most.
They have a model rated for a 40-55lbs/thrust, with a AGM charger for around $170.00.
This is going in a War Eagle 542FLD which has a lowered front deck, and I'm mounting a Minn Kota 45lb thrust foot controlled TM on it.
My plan is to mount the TM battery on the floor, just behind the seat on the front deck. Kinda a dead space area, and I can keep the wires going to the TM much shorter.
Any experiences with these batteries?
