I LOVE smoked/grilled food. Recently did a smoked venison "roast beef" that was incredible. I ran it through the meat slicer, and it was so good that we never got to make sandwiches with it. We kept tasting, and sampling, and next thing you know it was GONE.

For lunch, I made grilled Deer-Burgers with bacon, eggs and cheese:



Tasted a lot better than it looks, actually.
