Do I change the oil again?

In the fall of 2020 I winterized my 25hp 4 stroke Honda outboard.
At that time, I ran stabilizer + fuel, changed the oil, the oil filter, changed th lower end oil, and fogged the carb and the cylinders.
During 2021 and 2022 I didn't touch that outboard. If I want to use that outboard now, after almost 3 years, do I have to change the oil again prior to starting it?

No, but the gas is probably bad, and should drain and replace with fresh.
