evinrude 25 long shaft

Hey all, I'm looking for either a lower unit, or possibly a bad motor that I can take parts from. i have a 1985 evinrude 25 short shaft that is in beautiful condition but I need a long shft for my boat. Let me know if anyone comes up with anything. Thanks!

I have a long shaft kit but not sure what year it fits(spacer, drive shaft ,shift rod, water tube)
