Ben is right on the problem. Before doing anything, I'd get some help, flexing the boat and see where its moving, and then why its moving at that point.
You may discover another brace that was meant to stop what you see, that is not functioning.
Anchor the rear end down to the trailer, have the trailer connected to the truck.
Then raise that mid section up on a board etc.
Have a couple guys pull down on the bow, while you look to see where its flexing.
Watch the sides for in-and-out as well.
