So after going over all the great info and ideas from ya'll; I came up with an idea that will be pretty cool...hopefully. I have a tail rotor paddle off an MH-2 'Little Bird'...if I can engineer a good mount I think it will look awesome!

Rich, i took her out earlier and IT WORKED GREAT!!! Thanks for your advice brother! Woohoo, now I have to make sure I don't over gross her lol.

I decided to make the keel more hydrodynamic...
