Fuel line

Hi everyone i was wondering what size of fuel line on the primer bulb would you guys use for a 1974 evinrude 15 hp model 15404s. 3/8 or 5/16. :?: . Thanks

My 20hp came with 5/16.

My 20 hp Merc has 5/16" I use the stuff from the Mercury store that is suppose to stand up to ethanol, it's $2.79 a ft. Another place in town wanted $5.49 a ft for it.

I'm using 3/8" automotive fuel line on a 25 hp motor.

3/8 is fine for 90 hp, so 5/16 should be plenty for 15
