I'm getting set in my ways and am spoiled with A/C in the warm months, and heat in the winter. The place really goes to crap is the server dies and we can't put in grades or have to manually submit attendance. What the heck is overtime, lol? As far as pay, we get paid for a 7.5 hour day, but I normally spend about 9 hours there, usually don't get paid for all the mandatory faculty meetings, and all the Saturdays I work are not paid either, but I can claim meals, which I usually don't.
