Yep it was at 4.5 I also had it on a tripod. I also had to crop it.

So how did you get it to sit there? Those guys are way too fast for me to ever get the camera ready.

Luck! I was sitting on the deck with the camera at the time. And my camera is pretty fast. I shoot a DSLR point and shoots are pretty slow most of the time.
Waterwings I just caught it I was wrong on the f stop it was 5.6 my lens don't go to 4.5 @300mm
